How To Overcome Heart Burn And Digestion Problem?

I have lot of queries.. first one is ... my digestion is nt gud.. i feel like eat something in night but in daytime i dnt want to eat...and i feel sleepy while eating and after eating.. i had mucus problm for two years.. now its self controlled... i have also feeling of heartburn...i just want to be fit.. plz suggest!!

Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

Heart burn is basically caused due to reflux of acid from the stomach into the esophagus leading to burning sensation in the chest region with bloating. I would suggest you take Tab Pantop 40 mg twice daily before food for 5 days. Drink lots of water and a fluid diet is recommended for the next 5 days.
I would also suggest the following tips after you recover:
1. Identify foods which you are intolerable to, meaning foods, you find difficult to digest and avoid those foods.
2. Avoid fat, spicy and oily foods.
3. Include fibre rich foods like salads, fruits, fresh vegetables, bran in your daily diet.
4. Drink adequate water per day, at least 3-4 liters per day.
5. Regular exercise like walking for 45min every day will boost your digestion and also improve your appetite.
