Hello,

A high TSH level is suggesting of an under active thyroid and not an over active one. What are you T3 and T4 levels? You may require treatment for decreased thyroid function or hypothyroidism based on your other tests. Please consult a physician or endocrinologist with your reports.

Hope that helps.

Regards,

Preeti
