HI,
i m 35 yrs. 5 ft 1 inch. my weight is 78. had C section 8yrs back. i have PCOD. my periods are regular but last for just one or two days. what kind of treatment should i go for to reduce my weight and regularize my period problems.
i do yoga for one hr every day, still no reducing in weight, i dont eat oil food or junk food. most vegs and fruits.

Calorie count is must of your daily intake food.
Go for aerobic exercise,yoga,running,cycling,swimming like exercise to burn the calorie.
Consult dietitian for better planning of diet.
Management of pcod requires some hormonal treatment under guidance of gynecologist.
