How To Manage Numbness And Pain In Leg Due To Poor Blood Circulation?

my husband was shot in the leg and had his main artery severed they replaced it with artery from other leg. this happened about 8 years ago. lately he has been having lots of pain and it appears lack of circulation in the leg as his foot is always cold. what can we do to relieve pain?\

To relieve the pain you can give him Tramadol capsules or Paracetamol tablets. But is he continuing the blood thinning medicines he would have been put on following grafting? If not then that could be the problem. Most likely his bypass must have got occluded and therefore he should undergo a Color doppler study of the involved limb to know whether it is working.
