How To Lower Blood Sugar Level?

Hi there, My blood sugar is on the high side and I need to take steps to reverse it before it leads to diabetes. I was thinking about totally changing my diet and adding exercise. But, because of the levels, I was wondering if I should ask a Doctor to prescribe me medicine right away. thanks

Hello,

Your blood sugar is on the high side. You want to reduce it naturally. Yes, diet and exercises can be very helpful. Get connected to a Physical therapist or do regular exercises and walking. Maintain healthy weight. Take Ginseng, a herb. It is an immune-booster and is also anti-diabetic. It helps to maintain blood sugar levels in the normal range.

Include Black Pepper in your regular diet. It is loaded with a vital ingredient called piperine. It helps to maintain blood sugar levels. Take ginger in moderate amounts, it is anti-diabetic. Fenugreek is also good, it reduces fasting blood sugar level. Your carbohydrate intake strongly influences your blood sugar levels, manage your carbohydrate intake.

Include fiber in your diet. Take water and fluids in adequate amounts. Take beans, lentils, legumes, whole wheat pasta, etc. Take quality sleep. Manage stress (emotional and physical), take magnesium rich food. Always monitor your blood sugar & other vitals. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
