How To Keep The Foreskin Rolled Back For Longer Time?

Hello, im 15 nearly 16 and im quite used to masturbation and im not circumised, when i get a erection i can pull my foreskin back all the way but it doesn't stay. it just roles back onto the middle of my bellend. I have looked at this on the internet and most peoples foreskin stay back with ease compared to mine. Is this a problem or is their any simple exercises i need to help it stay back. thank you
