How To Interpret Lung Test Results?

sir, i am sagor from Bangladesh.i am suffering from a lunch disses. yesterday i saw my chest report to a Bangladeshi doctor. This report carry all of my lunch............
aspiration note:presence of the needle tip within the lesion was ensured.
Microscopic appearance:
Smears show chronic inflammatory cells consisting of lymphocytes macrophages and a number of fibroblastic cells .
A few mesothelial cells are also found.
No anaplastic cells are seen.
Features are suggestive of organizing inflammatory lesion.
Comment: possibility of tuberculosis can not be excluded.
so, sir what can i do?

Since you have not mentioned the site from which aspiration has been done, it is difficult to reach on conclusion. I think it is from lymphnode in the neck. FNAC report is suggestive of TB. So you should consult your TB specialist for this and get started AKT according to weight.
