How To Increase The Milk Production As Not Enough To Feed 2 Month Old?
HI, i want to improve milk supply...tried fenugreek capsules and more milk special blend.
I have pcos.i'm breastfeeding and as well as pumping.Able to produce milk 2 oz every 3hrs average.
My baby is 2months old my milk is not enough...i'm trying hard all the ways..one breast producing is less milk.
Advice me on this..

Hi,
You can have shatavari powder 2 spoon in a cup of milk twice daily. This will increase your milk production. You can have tablet Domperidone to increase milk production.
