How To Increase Hemoglobin Count During Pregnancy?

I am 7 months pregnanant now and my Hb count is decreasing gradually upto 7.4 now. I am taking protein powder, orifet xt and other vitmin tablets regularly. I have hypothyroid and I am taking eltrixing 100mg daily. Kindly advice me to increase my hb count

Besides maintaining an iron-rich diet, I suggest you take iron and folic acid vitamins to ensure that your body is getting the recommended amount. During your pregnancy, you need to get a minimum of 27 mg of iron daily. The best way to treat iron-deficiency anaemia during your pregnancy is by consuming these iron supplements.
