How To Improve The Weight Gain In An Infant?

My daughter is having a difficult time gaining weight. 18 lb 5 oz at 18 months old. She was born full term and without complications at 7 lb 4 oz, no complicating factors from parents. I got her lab results back, and my pediatrician said, "Everything is normal" but she's referring me to gastro. I was just wondering what an elevated SGPT (57: range 0-34) and norm SGOT (58: range 20-110) could mean. From what I've googled it could be liver damage, but how exactly that impacts weight, I'm unsure.

Sgpt and shot three times normal are significant. For your child get LFT done from good lab.9kg at 18 months is on the lower range of normal. But if she is active with no complaint and proper height then less chances of worrying. Follow food principles
.no force feed
.no feeding while distracting him
.encourage feeding himself
.feeding at fixed timing
.feeding at fixed time
.no junk food
If again LFT comes abnormal then further workup will be required.
