How To Heal White Headed, slightly Painful Vaginal Bump?

hi - about a week and a half ago i had some spotting so i wore a light tampon and one day it seemed dry and like it was rubbing me, which was uncomfortable but i left it because i didn t want to risk bleeding through my pants. a few days later where the irritation was- a bump formed that was round and hard and slightly painful when i touched it. it eventually popped with some blood but still the bump was there. today, it came to a white head, popped and bled. it is right inside my vagina where the end of a tampon would sit. is this like a bacteria infection or should i be worried about herpes?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

The friction has resulted in irritation which can be healed with the help of several warm.compresses applied directly to the affected region, warm sitz baths with epsom salts, and please wear loose and comfortable undergarments till this bump has healed (preferably cotton) or avoid undergarments completely for this duration.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
