Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Congratulations first for your baby, and for breastfeeding him. Breastfeeding is taking calcium and vitamin D from you to your baby along with other nutrients.

Consuming milk is supposed to replace this loss in your body. However, having regular meals, with lots of fresh and healthy foods will definitely increase milk production.

If consuming milk is causing the acidity of your stomach, then you should consume a cold drink with a bit of soda bicarbonate. Take antacids after meals and probiotics to stabilize your intestinal flora.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
