How To Get Rid Of The Red Patches On Face Due To Discontinuing Propygenta NF Cream ?

I was using propygenta NF cream from last 5 yrs on my face due to irritation problem. but i came to know that it contains steroids, so i stop using it from last 2 months. but after stoping its use, i got red patches on face. irritation also increased. please suggest

You have been using a potent steroid over your face since past 2 years which is a long time. 
By now, your skin must have developed signs of steroid abuse along with steroid dependence. 
First of all,you should stop using this cream over your face 

You might face certain problems like increase in lesions , irritation , itching or redness over your face once you stop suddenly stop with topical steroid.
You can start using a skin moisturizer and a sunscreen over the face on regular basis.
Sometimes in case of very severe rebound, treatment with a milder steroid has to be started ,for that you will need proper assessment and treatment by a skin specialist.
