i have a little bumb i believe is a cyst its on my lower lash line and it kinda hurts if i touch it but not really anyways i want to know how to get rid of it. Although you cant really see it if you just look at me but i know its there and it bothers me any tips? (And it has been there for about 3 months now)

By your description, it sounds like stye to me which is a focal infection of oneof the glands present in eye.
Put warm compresses over the stye for 10 mins 4-5 times a day (cloth warmed by hot water). Be careful so that the compress is not too hot.
Maintain eye hygiene. If it hurts some oral antiinflammatory medicines like paracetamol with serratio peptidase.
If it doesnt clear up, consult your ophthalmologist for prescription of antibiotics like moxifloxacin.
Also get the power for your spectacles checked, if you havent got it done from ,say, 2-3 months.
