Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. You have pain in the left lower abdomen radiates to the back. It is a clear case of either urinary tract infection, or a stone in the ureter. I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a MRI, and ureteroscopy, and other tests for confirmation. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, cifixime, mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
