How To Get Rid Of Morning Sickness In Pregnancy?

hi , i am 32weeks 6 days pregnant. i din't face any morning sickness till now. suddenly yesterday after i had my lunch, i threw up everything i ate in 1/2 hr.after that i could feel the loss of my energy levels. is there any specfic reason i got this sickness at this time.

I understand your concerns.
Since you mentioned that you are not used to this, I do not think you should be bothered given that it is the first time it is happening to you.
Some lifestyle changes like eating smaller quantities of food many times (instead of eating much food at once) and avoiding lying down immediately after meals can be of help. Drugs are not yet necessary.
