How To Get Rid Of Lower Abdominal Pain?
i have front lower abdomen pain since yesterday, it feels like period pain but much less, and when i pee they is a slight burning, the pain is worse when am sitting or standing. Had my period on DEC 22 and unprotected sex on DEC 25 to 28, could i be pregnant or is it an infection?

You seem to be having urinary tract infection. You need to get a urine routine and culture test done, and take antibiotics according to it. Also drink plenty of water.
