How To Get Rid Of Dry Spot On Penis And Scrotum?
A few days ago.. I notice small round dry spot on my penis and scrotum... I m not sure what it is or what is going on...It s look weird. . Because my skin color is dark. And it s noticeable. .. can you please advice on what I should use to eliminate it or if I should see a doctor regarding the problem? Please Advise Thank you Rj.
