I would suggest you to first of all limit use of computers, laptops, cellphones etc..
In case if you are undergoing stress try to reduce stress by doing

Take
multivitamin supplements daily..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid,
glycolic acid and arbutin.
Apply Vitamin E and C containing gels..
You can apply creams containing grape seed extract and tea tree oil as these are very beneficial..
You can put grated potato over the eyes as it will relieve the eyes, sooth the skin as well as reduce dark circles..
You can also pot cucumber slices over the closed eyes..
Avoid excess sun exposure..
Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet..
