How To Get Rid Of Clogged Nasal Passage?

hi doctor .. both my nasel passages are severly clogged , ive been breathing through my mounth for over a day now.. and ive tryed everything from decongested pills to nasel rinses to saline sprays please help. my mucus when i clean my nose is very thick.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that you have got a severe sinus infection leading to Sinusitis and it is the cause for the symptoms of clogged nostrils along with thick mucous..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you nasal endoscopy,PNS View Xray of sinuses or MRI to rule out the exact cause of problem and treat you accordingly..
He can advise you antibiotics, anti-inflammaory painkillers, oral decongestants, anti allergics, mucolytics and also steam inhalations, steroid nasal sprays and decongestant nasal sprays..
Avoiding chilled foods and sipping warm water can help.
As of now start steam inhalations, take decongestant nasal sprays like Xylometazoline and do warm compresses around nose..
