How To Get Rid Of Blackish Blue Bruise?

Hello. I would like to ask for medication for bruises. I was not able to carry out first aid but after around 30-45 minutes, I applied some ointment. Apparently, nothing significant happened. Now the bruise is blackish-bluish-yellowish in color. What must I use?
