Hi I am 31 years old and my left ear having pain for some months which many months ago I did go to the doctors who gave me antibiotics which I thought it was going and now just slight twinges and it seems dull in my left ear like its gone deaf abit. any answers

hello, thanks for your query, repeated pain reactivated infection with water per ear,common cold episodes. associated with deafness suggests there is a perforation in tympanic membrane with a damage to normal hearing mechanism.kindly visit an audiologist to rule out d degree and type of deafness and an ent surgeon for detailed examination and definitive treatment. all the best. take care.
