Hello Kavee
Thanks for writing to us with health concern.
When you orgasm, that is your peak.
Read up on orgasm, a lot of information is available online.
It is not necessary for the female to orgasm for conception.
When the male reaches orgasm, ejaculation of sperm occurs.
The sperm gets deposited in the female genital tract, which is an open tract.
The sperm then swims upwards and reaches the uterus.
The ovaries release eggs on every 14th day of your cycle, if you have a 28 day cycle,
The sperm and egg has to meet to achieve a pregnancy.
Hope that is clear now.
Take care.
