How To Get Normal Delivery?

i want a normal delivery, how can that be possible? I am expecting to give birth on the 15th of november, 21 years of age and 5 ft in height. As far as my check ups are concerned, my OB told me that everything is normal so far but she suggested to lessen the food im eating because my body gained a lot weight during my last check up, can you help me? Your answer will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi welcome to HCM...

Your doctor telling you that all is normal with examination ...
So baby will be having in good condition with normal vertex presentation....

As you are advised to take less food try to avoid taking high fatty diet ...
Fruits taken more along with dry fruits ...
More water
..regular some mild activity done to avoid constipation.....

Regular antenatal follow up done ....until delivery ....

Prescribed iron and folic acid tablet (if given ) should be taken regularly ....

Take care ....

Advise : gynecologist consultation.
