How To Get My Mother's ESR And Platelets Level To Normal?

My mother is 46 years old. her esr level is high upto60 and her pletelets are also less to 86000. she has pain in knee. she is using medicines but no gain. please guide me how this problem can be solved. and what food she should use to make her blood test normal as soon as possible. thnx

Hello and welcome to HCM,
High ESR of 60 can be due to any chronic inflammation in body.
Low platelet count is due to either increased destruction of platelets or decreased production.
Thus, complete platelet assessment and bone marrow examination has to be done to know the cause of low platelets.
