How To Get Loose Vagina Back To Normal?

Hello Doctor,

I am 29 years old widow and my marriage lasted for 5 years, 1 year ago husband expired ...we had a good sex life after marriage but i dont have any issue out of this wedlock. my parents are pressurizing me for marriage but i think my vagina is loose now and i may not b able to maintain good relations now. need your suggestions on this....any home remedy for vagina tightening or something like that...hymen thing is okay as my would be husband is aware that i am a widow.

Hi,
During this much time of married life there is less chance of having loose vagina, so forget of having false fear of loose vaginal canal and enjoy your sexual life.
Go for Pelvic floor exercises which will help in strengthening your lower genital tract and vagina as well.
