HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

To gain weight, you need to increase your caloric intake and decrease your output.

This means increasing the calories associated with your food and drink and decreasing high energy exercises.

To increase caloric food intake: (1)increase the frequency of meals
(2)increase portion sizes
(3)increase the caloric value of your meals. This can be done by using oils, butter, nuts, dressings

In terms of energy output: (1) best to do strength training rather than aerobic exercise
(2)decrease any fidgeting

I hope this helps
