A persons body weight, especially in adults, depends mainly on diet and food habits. Weight should be in balance with a persons height in adults. I would suggest you to see a dietician rather than trying different products in market on your own. Your dietician will be able to guide you with appropriate diet chart which will include all the nutrients so that you will gain weight in a healthy way.

So, as per your requirement, your dietician will advise you what type of food you should be eating at what time as well as some exercises also help in toning of the muscles and increasing muscle mass but that should be done under a trainer as per your body.

So, make sure you follow your dieticians guide appropriately for best results.
