hi good morning can you please help me out This is the diagnosis of my dad recently in hospital DM with HTN with Smoker+, RT 3rd Nerve Palsy LT 10th Nerve Palsy *TBM* CVA-Lacunar Infarcts In RT Suuperior Pons, Cerebellar Hemisphere, Middle Cerebellar Penduncle. Can you please tell me how to feed him and how to control his vomatings

Your father's condition should not be taken lightly. You should discuss his feeding and related issues with his treating doctor and follow the instructions strictly. An improper diet can worsen his condition and may even lead to another stroke as he is both diabetic and hypertensive. His own doctor would be the best person to advise you.
