Sometimes rest pain/ sometimes good sleep
Take blood thinner med
Alcohol treatment
Can walk 1.5km vs 500m previously without problems
Left foot toes not so cold
Tried not take pain killers
Little artery calcification at ankle level
Toe Brachial index measured 0.14 after 5days treatment messure 0.28
Angiogram found calcification at ankle level
Diabetic > 15yrs 57yrs old on Tolbutamide
Crohn's > 20yrs on predisone/ azathioprine/ sulphasalazine
Erectile dysfunction
Doc pl advise how to enhance further blood flow & early little toe healing

dear sir i undestand your concern.in my opinion surgeon can star a drug called Stiloz 50 mg twice daily and in this kind of situations the latest modality of treatments like vaccume assisted closure therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy will give better results.....regards
