You should withdraw hydrocodone under a detox center & under a doctor so that you may get help when you have withdrawal symptoms. Stay connected with your treating doctor.
Withdrawal should be gradual so that your body system adjusts comfortably when the drug leaves your system. You will need medical support when you have symptoms like trouble sleeping, difficulty focusing, night sweats, suicidal thoughts, high blood pressure, drug cravings, etc.
You should have a healthy diet plan (take the help of a nutritionist), you should have a proper exercise & sleep schedule. You may need medicines or holistic support for this.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
