How To Diagnose Results Of MRI Below?

hi
my mri report shows LT SI joint sclerosis/ Bone marrow edema with erosion of bone Rt SI joint is also affected. HLAB27 is neg/ RA factor is neg/ ANA test is negative / CBC is normal / ESR is 02 only /
history --- pain in si joint since 4 months / stiffness specialy in morning / not able to lie down properly

all your symptoms and imaging features are in favour of ankylosing spondylitis. these patients usually have bilateral sacroilitis and involvement of spine as well. It is usually associated with HLA b27, however few patient may not be positive for the same. this disease is common in middle aged persons. u need to tell ur age and get ur spine MRI done.
