wanna know good remedy for mouth ulcers. coz i usually get ulcers during periods or sometimes when im too tired. please do suggest some good treatment 4 it

Hi please try these tips
1.stomela gel for local application
2.if vegetarian take vit b supplement 1 capsule daily.
3.decrease spicy food intake
4.drink lots of water

The reason for mouth ulcer in general is deficinecy of vit. B complex or constipation apart from other causes. So keep bowel clear and have balanced diet. Amongst herbal medicines we use trifla at bed time and karpooradi vati 2 tab tds. Brush your teeth before going to bed and use any mouth wash.

hi,getting ulcer everytime during periods is suggestive of pitta based symptoms according to ayurveda.for that you need to keep your bowel clean everytime(as according to ayurveda virechana(purgation) is the best treatment for such problems)
for this you can take take 2 teaspoon triphala power at bed time with warm water

If you are having mouth ulcers everytime during your periods , you should visit your Gynecologist and get evaluated if you have PMS.You can use HiOra mouthwash regularly to decrease the incidence of mouth ulcers.Please take vitamin B 12 and Vitamin C supplements.
