In Ayurveda this condition is known as Bhagandara.
Anal fistula is a small channel that develops between the end of anal canal and the skin near the anus.
Depends on the symptoms like oozing,bleeding,pain and associated symptoms treatment protocol will be designed.

I suggest you the generalized prescription for fistula:

Diet:
Diet with high fiber is highly recommended. Fiber works by increasing the amount of stools in the intestines. Regular use of high fiber diet can be useful to manage the condition.
Eat ,leaf vegetables,green gram,gourd and steamed dal,Wheat germ , Brown rice
Brown bread, Barley, Cauliflower ,Spinach ,Carrot ,Reddish ,Tomato , Onion
Green pepper .
Eat papaya regularly to avoid constipation.

Avoid very spicy, hot food items, which may lead to further complications and increases the signs and symptoms. All this may aggravate the condition like pain and bleeding during defecation.

Drink 3 to 4 litres of water.

Sitz bath must be tried with the patient buttocks are immersed in warm water(mix tripala choornam (medicine) in it and sit should last for almost 30 minutes.

Medication:
1.Lodharsavam -20ml with 60 ml of warm water.
2.Triphala guggulu 2 twice a day.
3.Gandhaka rasayana – 1g twice a day.
4. Arogyavardhini- 2twice a day.

All medicine after food twice a day.(morning and night)

Nirgundi Oil : Apply Locally. Apply in on the affected area.Anal region in the tract. use a gauze and apply it
