I have an assignment about appendisitis and I want to know what the investigation to diagnose that patient has appendisitis?

Dear Asmarani! Thank you for choosing health care magic. Usually ultrasound is the investigation of choice for appendicitis. But negative ultrasound report cannot rule out appendicitis. It is the clinical diagnosis most of the times.
