How To Determine The Paternity Of The Fetus?

I had my period on November 19 and my period is normal. I had unprotected sex with my husband from the 29 to the 10th of December but I also had sex on the 9th with another person but I used protection can this baby be the other guys baby or is it my husband ?

Hi,
I understand your query & concern.
If you have a regular cycle of 28 to 30 days, your ovulation would be between 14th to 16th day of cycle. That is in December It was between 2nd to 4th of December- The maximum possibility of conception being till 6th of December.
If you are sure about having sex with your husband only in these days & not with somebody else ( as stated before), maximally the paternity goes to your husband.
The final decision would of course be with chromosomal analysis after baby birth.
