How To Determine Hyperand Hypothyroidism ?

Hi Im 31 yrs old I got this result TSH 0495uIU Hi I m 31 yrs old. I got this result thru my bloodtest result TSH 0.495uIU/ml (Ref: 0.27 - 4.2), Free T4 1.84ng/ml (Ref: 0.93 - 1.71). Would appreciate if you could advise whether this is hyper or hypothyroid. Thanks.
