Hi,
Gynecosid is basically a estrogen. It is useful in regularizing your menstrual cycles. Once pregnancy occurs it cannot bring about abortion.

If you wish to abort this pregnancy, consult with your gynecologist regarding medical abortion, where 2 types of tablets are used to bring about abortion. Medical abortion can be used for pregnancies less than 9 weeks. It is about 95% effective. The earlier in pregnancy it is used, more effective it is.
Before prescribing these tablets your doctor will make sure that the pregnancy is inside the uterus and you do not have contraindications for these medications.
I wish to share with you another information. After abortion it takes about 2-3 weeks for the pregnancy test to become negative.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
