How To Deal With Nervousness While Meeting Strangers?

Hello, When I m nervous, in situations where I m meeting new people or having my photo taken, when I smile my lips start to shake, and I almost get a sudden rush of tremor if you like through my neck/head, this only happens when I feel nervous/anxious or uncomfortable. I would just like to know why this happens and if it can be treated? Or at least managed? It s getting to the point where I don t want to socialise, or sometimes even smile! I don t smoke or drink, and I do a lot of exercise. Due to my sport, my posture is very still when I walk etc, I don t know if that has anything to do with it? Thanks so much for the help Charlotte
