Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your husband's situation and problem.
Rcinex is having rifampicin and isoniazid.
Both are hepatotoxic and cause jaundice.
So better to stop Rcinex in your husband's case.
Start hepatoprotective anti tubercular drugs like ethambutol, levofloxacin and streptomycin.
Get done liver function tests alternate day.
Once liver enzymes and bilirubin are normal, you can start Rcinex.
During this period ask him to drink plenty of fluids orally. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid painkiller drugs because they can cause liver damage. Give him high sugar diet.
Don't worry, he will be alright.
Consult doctor and discuss about this modifications.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wishing good health to your husband. Thanks.
