How To Cure The Prolonged Low Grade Sore Throat?

I have had low grade sore throat for about half a year. My right tonsil is a bit larger than the left. If I try to clear my throat I spit yellow-green-blood stained mucus that has smelly yellowish chunks in it. Is there a way to get around this with medication?

Hello ,

Thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic .

I have read your quey . As far as sore throat is concerned this can be due to throat infection , phayrngitis . For this I will suggest you to consult ENT surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation . Inmeantime do warm saline rinses and you can take medication like Allegra and Azithromycin by consulting with local doctor .

Hope this will help you .
