How To Cure Spinal Back Bone Pain?
hello sir, my name is rakesh i have problem in back side of the bone ending(spinal ending) near to buttecks curving part exactly.my problem is when i sit in the bike or any buses i have a alot pain and swelling in the curving part and finally when the swelling press puss wil come wat wil i do please suggest me wat is the problem

As per ur complaint u might b having problem with coccyx last bone. Plz dont sit on solid surface or dont sit for long time, not for more than 45 mins continuosly and in between walk or sleep if u have to sit for long. And consult a orthopedic for d same if not get relief...
