How To Cure Severe Stomach Pain When The CT Scans Shows Nothing But Siatica Nerve Pinched And Buldging Discs In The Back?

I have gone to the ER many times with migraines, severe stomach pain and now my Siatica is hurting me so much today that I am thinking of going again.. I have had many CT scans which show nothing, except they did see the Siatic nerve pinched and buldging discs in my back.. I have had colonoscopys and endoscopsies , which I misspelled sorry, and they can not see where the pain in my stomach is coming from. The camera will not reach. I really can not take the pain any longer and I hate taking pain medicines. I take strong ones and do not take them until pain is at its worse because I hate to take them.. They are just a bandage on a serious problem that I want fixed. I do not know what to do except to find a general surgeon who is willing to open me up and fix the problem. and takes medicaid which is really a joke because no one barely takes it... What do you suggest I do? I have to live and want to live and not just exist. Please help me... Thank you... Tina Blythe-Overheu

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
You are having PIVD and radicular pain (as CT scan report revealed no other gross abnormalities ) symptoms which needed to be treated as you are symptomatic . You needs operative decompression and disectomy to fix the problem.
So in my opinion visit orthopaedic clinc n get reviewed and accordingly treated.Till then avoid bending forward , sternous activity, lifting heavy weight; do regular physiotherapy , warm compression ; take analgesic with muscle relaxant n PPI.

Thanks n regards
