How To Cure Severe Pain In The Back?

Hi, my mom was having a severe pain in her back and when we went to the doctor yesterday he said x-ray of the back. After the x-ray he came to a conclusion that there is a gap in tbhe disc. So can u tell whats there with health care MAGIC to cure this asap.? Regards Nitesh Arora 0000

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of nerve root there is pain in your back .

I will advise you to do MRI spine
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
