I had this round brownish mole like thing on my neck for the last few years. No pain, has not changed size, color or shape. Last night I rubbed the area and notice that the mole was sort of dry feeling. Soon the entire mole completely dried up and flaked off. Now the only thing left in that area is a very same very light pink dot where this mole was on my neck. I don't think a mole can dry up. Do you have any idea what this could have been since there is nothing there now it seems pointless to go to a doctor until (if) something does come back. Thanks
