Hi,

Noted your history about development of right sided gland enlargement along with numbness of right ear, right part of cheek, weird pressure and reduced hearing.
As per the history of you have provided the problem looks to be due to parotiditis, inflammation of the parotid salivary gland.
Since the gland is in invested layer of fascia the pain can be more and felt differently.
The surrounding edema can cause all the symptoms that you have mentioned.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination.
Ultrasound of the area to know the diagnosis.
Relevant tests of blood.
Prescription based medicines such as antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, symptomatic and supportive medicines.
Take bed rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
