How To Cure Erectile Dysfunction?

I am 45 yrs old. somewhat diabetic. i have the problem of erectile dysfunction and pre mature ejaculation. As and when i try to penetrate, i ejaculate immediately. my erection and duration is not at all satisfactory. I consulted an Urologist. He has prescribed Megalis and is not giving good result. pls suggest some alternative remedy

It seems that you are having 2 problems
First premature ejaculation
Second, ED or erectile dysfunction
Firstly I would advise you to learn Master’s and Johnson technique and if this does not help go in for Tablet Paroxetine.
Secondly you should get yourself investigated for ED as there may be organic reasons like diabetes in your case for ED. If there is no organic reason, say diabetes is under strict control and it’s a functional problem request your psychiatrist to start sildenafil or increase tadalafil to you.
