How To Cure Disc Herniation At L5-S1 Causing Lower Back Pain?

i have a disc herniation at L5-S1 and am experiencing lower back pain but more significantly, I am experiencing SIGNIFICANT and SEVERE pain in my left testicle. I've been to 2 urologists and both have ruled out any urological issues. Is it possible that the disc herniation is causing my left testicle pain? I have tried nerve block injections into my groin (ilioinguinal and iliohypogastric nerves) to no avail. I am scheduled for an epidural in my back this week. Any thoughts?

Hi,
It seems that due to pressure on nerves passing through hernial disc giving this problem.
Go for lumbar traction and back extension exercises after consulting your orthopedic surgeon.
Avoid weight lifting and more bending from back.
Use hard bed for sleeping.
Ok and take care.
