How To Cure Back Pain?
the middle right of my back is sore, it feels almost like my muscles are just tightened up and tired. it,s the right side of my back just below the part of your back where you cant reach. There is a little pain but mostly is just annoying. How do i get rid of this pain?

Diagnosis : Acute LS Srain
Here the pain and discomfort experienced is due to Paraspinal spasm.This needs rest , dicloran gel application, hot water fomentation but the mainstay of the treatment is LOW BACK EXERCISES.
Srictly avoid, bending, riding /driving.
