How To Count Your Pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage on July 4, 2014. I started taking birth control pills on August 3, 2014. I never had a period after my miscarriage or had spotting even when I started the bc pills. A month and two weeks later I started having all day nauswa and was very tired all the time. I took two pregnancy test and both came back positive. How do I know how many weeks pregnant I am if I never got my period after my miscarriage in July?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

A visit to your doctor's office will entail an ultrasound examination as well during which we can predict the approximate gestational age with which you can calculate when exactly you got pregnant and how many weeks pregnant you are.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
